-Parking is available behind the house. Parking is prohibited by the city in the front of the home.

- Pets are allowed, but we must be notified and approve prior to your stay. If pets will join your stay, they must be house trained and we ask all animals to be crated if you leave the home. Please pick up any waste left in the yard by your pet(s).

-Guests are subject to additional cleaning fees if extra cleaning is required from the pets or excessive cleaning is needed in the home.

About our home:

- 3 beds and 2.5 baths. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms – Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two full beds. There are two full bathrooms upstairs located off of the hallway that are both newly renovated. Bathroom one has a bathtub/shower and bathroom two has a powder room and shower. All rooms offer comfortable memory foam mattresses, large closets, and smart TVs.
-Downstairs offers a newly renovated kitchen, butcher block countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with the basic tools for cooking. We offer a single-serve Keurig and expresso machine, coffee pods, kettle and tea. Large dining area located just outside the kitchen with seating for 8 - great for family gatherings and dinners.
-Spacious living area with a decorative fireplace, Smart TV with access to Youtube TV where you will find local channels and the ability to login to your personal streaming accounts. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house and a large front porch with a custom made day bed swing and additional seating. Cozy side and back porch you will also find additional seating.

*Please note, this home was built in 1911, it’s old charm comes with some of the doors being hard to close and the floors creaking on the 2nd floor.

We welcome pets and long-term stays. We are happy to be your home away from home!

Fenced in backyard. Parking is located in the back of the home and fits 3 cars comfortably.

**This property does have one security camera that monitors the back exterior.**

Neighborhood overview
Johnson Street Historic District is a charming avenue lined with comfortable bungalow, rectilinear and colonial style homes. Lined with beautiful large trees and close-spaced front porches make this area especially inviting. In 1986 High Point City Council designated Johnson Street as High Point's first official Historic District.
Getting around
Walking distance to many restaurants and a local brewery makes it especially convenient for guests!
